History of the station

In 1898, by decision of Nicholas II, a branch Pavelets - Moscow was built in a very short time, which connected the city with twelve provinces of Russia. Paveletsky, built in 1900, became the station for this line. Until the beginning of the 30s, however, it was called Saratov.
